Can I try Creator River before paying?

Yes. Searching and browsing are free, and every new account gets 100 credits, enough to open and contact about 140 creators, with no card needed.

What do credits pay for?

Opening a creator costs 0.5 credits, and reopening one is free. Revealing a creator's email costs 0.2 credits and is refunded if the email bounces. The first 100 outreach emails each day are free.

Can I reach every creator I find?

Yes. Every creator you can find in Creator River has a contact email on record, so no credits go to creators you cannot reach. If an email bounces, those credits come back.

What is the difference between plans?

Only volume. Every plan includes every feature: search, filters, contact emails, outreach, the API, CLI, MCP server and Chrome extension. Pick the plan that matches how many creators you contact.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for ten months and get twelve months of credits. All of the year's credits arrive at once and last until the end of the year, so you can use them as fast as your campaigns need.

What happens to unused credits?

Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing month; annual plan credits expire at the end of the year. Free signup credits and credit packs never expire.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings, Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

Do you offer refunds?

Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 7 days. Email support@creatorriver.com from your account email.

Can my AI agent use the same plan?

Yes. Credits and prices are the same on the web, the API, the creatorriver CLI and the MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT, and there are no seats: everything shares one balance.
